\u2013 March 12<sup>TH<\/sup> 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Cost: $450 per Student<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Instructors: Charlie Hollis &amp; Brian Thompson<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This year we will be taking a slightly different approach to our normal 10-week class that has been taught for the last 30 years\u2026\u00a0 This year we will be teaching the ABANA National Curriculum Level 1.<\/p>\n<p>Projects will include:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safety Understanding<\/li>\n<li>Forge Nomenclature<\/li>\n<li>Tapers<\/li>\n<li>S \u2013 Hooks<\/li>\n<li>Leaves<\/li>\n<li>Punches &amp; Chisels<\/li>\n<li>Heat Treating<\/li>\n<li>Forge Welding<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plus more\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Everyone who completes the course will receive a certificate of completion; if you are a current member of ABANA you will also receive your Level 1 certificate if all steps are completed.\u00a0 There is no guarantee that every part of the Level 1 Cirriculum will be able to be completed in the time allotted.\u00a0 There will be extra opportunities to use the shop on Wednesday nights, however it will self-led.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Class will be limited to 8 students<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>*Students must be 14 years of age or older.\u00a0 All students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or
