Saturday evening dinner is being catered by a new vendor this year. The menu and cost will be posted once all the details are confirmed. We reserve the right to resell any unclaimed meal tickets in the early afternoon with a refund to the original purchasing party.
5:45 pm - Auction
Auction starts 5:45 pm Saturday in area D. All items that sell for less than $10 will be considered a donation to SOFA. On consignment items that sell for over $10, SOFA will charge 10% of the sale price with a $5 minimum commission. On consignment items, the owner's portion of the consignment will be mailed to them following the conference. If an item has a minimum bid it must be indicated on the item's tag or the piece will be sold for whatever it brings. There is a limit of 5 pieces per person, anything beyond this number needs special permission from SOFA. (NOTE: SOFA proceeds go to the general treasury to insure the continuation of SOFA and to help support even better future conferences. SOFA reserves the right to keep demonstration items for future use or display.)
